Cost varies according to weight of item and postcode.

Orders are usually dispatched within 1-2 business day. 

Delivery time is typically 1-3 days for the Australian east coast up to 5-7 business days for the west coast and remote destinations under normal circumstances.

Tracking is provided for all orders sent as parcels.

INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY

International delivery is available to most destinations and charged according to zones.

INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS PLEASE NOTE

Import duties, taxes and charges are NOT INCLUDED in the item price or postage costs for your order and can’t be calculated by us. Your local customs service may request payment of these charges when your order arrives in your country. These charges are YOUR responsibility.

Please check with your country's customs service to determine what these additional costs are likely to be prior to ordering. We accept no responsibility for any additional import charges and will not accept returns or issue refunds if those charges are not paid.

PACKAGING

All prints are safely packaged to ensure that the prints will withstand even the longest and bumpiest of voyages.

We use high-quality, durable packaging and all prints are shipped flat (not rolled up).

In the unlikely event that an artwork arrives damaged, don’t worry, we will work with you for the best outcome.  Please see "Damaged and Lost Items" below for more info.

RETURNS

Once your order has arrived, you are free to examine the items in a similar manner as if in a shop, allowing you to confirm that they are what you ordered and wanted.

Refunds or returns will not be accepted if you decide you do not like the artwork after it has been delivered

DAMAGED AND LOST ITEMS

On the rare occasion that an artwork arrives damaged, please contact me within one week. Just drop us an email at vandaart67@gmail.com 

You are entitled to a full refund of the purchase price. You will be required to send some pictures of the packaging and the damaged item to verify. 

All orders are equipped with a tracking number. You can track your order. In the case of a lost parcel, please contact me within 4 weeks from the day it was dispatched, and we will request the courier to open an investigation

Return postage is at your expense. Items received back in poor or damaged condition will not be refunded or returned.

On receipt of returned items in good condition, a refund will be issued promptly using the same method as your initial payment (where possible).
